The Marysville Sportsmen’s Association, Inc. would like to express our deepest thanks once again for your unwavering support of our local Veteran community during the Tri County Disabled Veterans Trout Derby in June of 2024.
For the 2024 Derby, we had 138 veterans who register for the event. During a recent meeting, we voted on the dates of Sundays, June 7thh with a rain date of June 14th as the best dates for 2025.
This event, started in 2018, is a small token of our appreciation for those sacrifices our Veterans make every day. The 2025 Derby will be our seventh derby and thanks to sponsors like you, we keep getting bigger each year. Every Veteran in attendance will be provided a Derby hat and T-Shirt and other small items to remember their fun times spent with other Veterans. Additionally, each Veteran will be provided a catered meal and door prize at the end of the Derby.
We are hoping that you would find it in your heart to once again support this initiative with whatever you can. With continued support of organizations like yours, this event will continue to grow.
Sponsors will receive recognition on our Website, Facebook page, as well as the many other media outlets in Juniata, Perry, and Cumberland County’s. Hopefully we can get out to meet each of you this year.
