Eagle Scout Project by Eton Spancake (Troop 65) . Mr. Spancake, with help from many local businesses, built a "fire pit" for dedicated use for the retirement of the U. S. flag, at the McAllisterville Park and in memory of all military veterans. Mr. Spancake requested the presence of the Juniata County Veterans Council Honor Guard to close this event. It was our honor.
